How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the shipment details for your order. The tracking no. through which you can track your parcel (or) contact us via email/ whatsapp.

How long does it take for an order to get delivered?

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.

What if I am not available to receive my order?

You will be informed as soon as your order is dispatched . At first attempt, we recommend you to suggest a preferred time of delivery to our logistics provider who will reach out to you. In case you are not available to take the delivery at this time, a second attempt is made after confirming with the customer. If the order is not received at the second attempt then the order comes back to our warehouse. The order will be cancelled and your refund will be processed within 7-10 business working days.

What if I have received the damaged parcel?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. By all means, we will try to perfectly wrap your order before dispatching from our order-processing unit. will not be responsible for lost items if you accept a damaged parcel.

What is your Refund Policy?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. What if I have received an incorrect order?
