We offer returns/exchanges for a period within 7 Business working days from your product delivery. To be eligible for a return the product should not be washed, worn, or altered. The product should be returned with its original price tag, packaging bag, and label.

Our team is always ready to respond to your queries. Reverse pick-up will be done from our end wherever feasible. In extreme circumstances or if the courier partner denied the service, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier service for any return along with a scanned courier receipt  to our warehouse location mentioned below:

Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, we may request you to share the video proof of the package at the time of opening. Please attach your order ID and registered email to your query.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of the order placement. Please contact us at houseofbeautifulbody@gmail.com in case you are unable to do so. 

For prepaid orders, users are generally eligible for 100% refunds, if the cancellation request is generated within the first 24 hours of order placement.Your payment will be credited within 5 Business working days. 

Please note that Thebigco.in reserves the right to verify any order before shipping the same to the customer which may include having verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

What Are The Conditions For Refunds/exchanges?

Below are conditions included in refunds/replacement policies.

  • Customers must raise a return/exchange request via your online account or mail us with a valid reason of return/exchange within 7 business business working days from the date of order delivered.
  • Only products that are undamaged, unwashed, unused, unworn with all their labels and tags completely intact, in the original packaging, and eligible for return only can be returned.
  • There are some items that are “Made to Order” (Customized) or “Print on Demand” which are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • We cannot refund the following items: Rush Processing, Personalized Gift, or Messages Shipping Costs.
  • If returns are approved, a refund will be processed via bank transfer. In this case, we deduct shipment charges and order processing fees upto INR 120 from the customers. Please note that we will not charge any additional fees mentioned in the scenario of the wrong product sent/Size Mismatched by our team.
  • The customer will get a refund via Bank Transfer (or) UPI from RIAY GLOBAL. It will take 24 hours to receive credit back to the bank once we issue a refund from our end.
  • For faster resolution, you are requested to take a follow-up on the same mail ticket. Queries will be marked as closed after 5 days of inactivity.
  • After the assessment of the case, we may conclude ineligibility for a refund or replacement e.g. fake quantity mismatch or wrong item claims.

The items within the return window and in stock (exact same item) are only eligible for replacement. A product that has been exchanged once cannot be exchanged/returned again.

In the exchange/replacement case, we will initiate a return pick up from our end after your mail approval.

Color Variation Disclaimer

We aim to offer our clients exactly what is ordered, but due to certain conditions, there may be variations between what you see on our website and what you see in person.

The fabric colors you see on our website can vary in person due to the color variations of each photograph and each computer screen. Apparel fabric colors which are shown online are approximate only and may have variations in color, hue, and tone, especially from one size group to another. Fabric colors represented on computer monitors may vary due to variations in computer screens, resolution, color, tone, or any other display settings. Multiple factors can affect color display, none of which we have any control over.

How Long Does It Take To Receive A Refund For A Canceled Order Or Returned Product?

We will process your refund within 7-10 business working days in case of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post-completion of the quality check.

Important Note

Do not return any product(s) before receiving a confirmation email from our Customer Support for the same. In case you wish to return a product, reach us at houseofbeautifulbody@gmail.com within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product. Once we verify the damage or manufacturing defect, our customer care team will email you with details on how to return the said product.

All products are to be returned to our warehouse in their original condition, original packaging, with the invoice and sealed carefully.

The safe receipt of products by The Big Co. is the sole responsibility of the customer.

We shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer, and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately.

Note: There might be duties/taxes applicable when you return items to us, so kindly do not ship anything back to us without writing to our customer care. We will not be liable to pay any duties/taxes arising due to the return shipment.
